About this house rental
The property is in a listed historic heritage site, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The village of Germigny-des-Prés is ideally located, far enough from the main axes to guarantee calm and clean air, but easily accessible from the main motorways.
The stone mill house from 1920 was completely renovated in 2016. It combines the charm of traditional houses with modern comfort. The whole is on two floors.
On the first floor (mezzanine) a nice corridor leads to a kitchen of 14 m2, a living room of 16 m2, a bedroom of 14 m2 (parquet), a bathroom of 14 m2, separate wc.
Upstairs: three bedrooms from 10 to 14 m2, a bathroom 10 m2, separate wc
The bathrooms are fitted with large walk-in showers, wash basins, heated towel rails and imc. The toilets are equipped with the Batibox system
Internet is offered to you by wire and WI-FI HD. Each bedroom has its big screen TV.
The rooms can be configured as a king size bed (180x200) or single beds (90x200). The beds are made upon your arrival. Towels are provided. Cleaning is carried out by us once a week.
A free laundry service is offered to residents.
We have a guest house activity nearby. You can ask to benefit from the breakfast and / or dinner service.
We offer a bike rental service through a local partner.
