About this house rental

Enjoy the amazing mountain views from most every window in this home! With approximately 5000 sq feet, with 3 living rooms so there is plenty of space to bring all your friends and family on a Lake Tahoe getaway without feeling crowded! 7 bedrooms as well as a gourmet kitchen. Bosch fridge, Viking stove/oven and a wine cooler. Great game room with a pool table and commercial air hockey table. There is also a barbecue you can use on the patio while enjoying the views. (See room breakdown at bottom of description)
Please note that quiet hours are 9pm-8am and there should be no outdoor noise and hottub is not available during those times.
Easy 5 minute drive to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge parking lot where you can get straight on the ski lifts. Parking is free. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Monbleu Resort Casino and Spa, Harvey’s Casino and Harrah’s Lake Tahoe casino are all within 4 to 5 miles away. The house has a private outdoor hot tub, huge outdoor patio , WIFI and High Speed Internet as well youtube tv. Quiet residential neighborhood. There are plenty of summer activities around the lake which is also only 5 miles away.

The master bedroom is upstairs on the top floor and has a king bed, stand up shower and soaking tub.
The main floor (1st floor where main kitchen is) has two bedrooms. One has a queen bed in it and the other has a bunk bed.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen mattresses.
On the third floor, there are two bedrooms, both bedrooms have queen mattresses and one has a kids bunk bed.
All of those beds listed have sheets, pillows and comforters on them!

Stayed at this Kingsbury Grade home with 6 of my long time buddies for a reunion gathering in February. A few of my group still ski so the location, which is close to the Nevada lodge of Heavenly Ski Resort was perfect. When visiting Tahoe I prefer to stay on the Nevada side as it is less hectic and crowded.The home has 7 separate bedrooms across 4 different levels. Hard to find a home with so many individual beds but it was necessary for a group of retired guys who all need their own bed. Every level has a bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with dishware, pots/pans and has a really nice professional quality gas range/ electric oven. Bottom level includes a game room which we didn’t really use but is a nice feature. We did use the hot tub and found it to work fine and was very clean. Communicating with the owner was great - she reached out to me well before our trip to ensure we understood the challenges associated with driving up to Tahoe during the winter and that we would be prepared with chains, etc. I had to communicate with her a couple of times during our stay with questions and she responded both times within minutes.Only warning I would give to those considering this home is that there are a lot of stairs. Mobility challenged folks don’t have to navigate them though as there are two bedrooms on the main floor along with the kitchen and living room.

The host responded instantly to any concerns we had. The house is roomy, with 3 gathering areas, fun and games on site. The space was perfect for our large group. The house could use some minor repairs and needs updating. Top floor master suite had a totally ripped screen on the sliding door; it was quite hot up there and we could not open the door for air. Carpets are old and floors are very worn. Location is great for getting to beaches, trails and the village

I have to say, this was the perfect location for our group of 14! Close to the slopes, town, and just about everything else. I’ve rented quite a few homes over the years and Amanda’s communication was the best I’ve seen. If you’re heading to Tahoe with a larger group, look no further. We were looking for a property that could fit our large family and this was perfect. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone and we never once felt cramped. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but also located just a few minutes drive from the casinos and shopping which was a plus. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the bathrooms and rooms were clean. We all enjoyed being able to have multiple floors and decks to spread out or hang out together. The only thing we knew of but were not prepared for was getting our cardio in from going up and down so many floors lol. We would love to stay here again some day! Beautiful home and great hosts - will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

The hot tub, game room, peaceful balcony, and comfy kitchen and dining area provided all the space we needed to enjoy a special family time. Bedrooms and bathrooms were plentiful, comfortable and convenient. Full garage allowed us to easily unpack and pack cars and gear. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. I so appreciated the hostess, Amanda's, responsiveness to every question. It made our stay very easy from start to finish..

Overall, our stay was just okay. We had a large group of 14 people. The biggest complaint we all had was that the kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking supplies. For such a large house there should be ample cookware/knives/cutting boards, etc. One of the shower handles was broken off, bathroom doors didn't lock, another shower sprayed water overhead. The carpets were dingy. For the price we paid to rent this house we expected more. The mountain view was beautiful and Amanda was very accessible and pleasant.

The cabin was very well equipped, awesome internet service. Great for big families, the kids were able to be in the game room and even sleep on that floor as there are 2 bedrooms plus an extra bunk bed and a single fold out bed, while the adults had 2 family rooms to chose from and 5 other rooms. Plenty of space so no one felt cramped as its a 4 story house. We had a family of 18 from toddlers all the way to adults and it didn’t seem like it was so many of us at any time. The views were amazing and the location is only 10 minutes from shopping, casinos, grocery stores etc. We were even able to get instacart delievered to the house. Amanda was amazing! Every tiny issue we had she jumped on it instantly and got it taken care of. She cares very much about people and you can tell by her actions. We are definitely hoping to return next year. Thank you Amanda!

This was our first time renting a Vrbo home and we were very happy with it and would definitely stay again! We had 8 adults and 4 teens that stayed over and we had more than enough space. The owner Amanda was very responsive up until our arrival date and kept me updated on all we needed to know. This house is incredible! It is very spacious and felt like each floor was it's own apartment. Upon entering, it was very clean, organized and had everything we needed! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, better than expected, and equipped with amenities like shampoo/conditioner, towels, hair dryer, toilet paper and more than enough bedding/pillows. The main floor kitchen was incredible and awesome to cook in! The owner leaves a welcome gift of an assortment of goodies and cleaning items, that was a nice surprise! The ground floor game room is fantastic! The teens stayed there most of the time and had a blast with the pool table and air hockey table. There are two bedrooms each with a Queen bed and then a bunk bed just outside the rooms. The teens felt like they had their own place and being two floors down from main level, we never heard them as they played music and games. The outdoor deck space is amazing. The main floor deck is huge, bigger than the pictures show, and the forest views are so pretty! We used the BBQ once, worked great, and unfortunately didn't get time to use the hot tub. We felt the water and wanted to use it, it looked very inviting! The garage space is huge, we did park cars inside and they have plenty of garbage cans for keeping cleaned up. We didn't watch TV until our 4th day there, for Sunday Football, and had trouble accessing Direct TV. I messaged Amanda, the owner, and she responded right away! She and her husband worked with us to get the TV working and we were watching the game in no time. There were some connection issues and it wasn't a huge deal if we missed the game, but they continued to do all they could to get it working and they did! We very much appreciated their quick help and on a Sunday morning. Overall, this house was incredible, very spacious and the owners are awesome, very nice, helpful and respond right away. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!!

If you like to cook the kitchen was awesome with its professional stove! The host Amanda was awesome! She was very responsive and made sure you had a great experience. This house provided plenty of space for our large group. There were plenty of beds for our group of 16. There was also a clean, large kitchen and a massive game room. The home was located in a great and quiet neighborhood. Amanda provided great contact throughout the entire process, from booking the home to checking in with us throughout the visit. She ensured that we had all the necessities possible, such as towels, wood, etc. Would recommend to any family and would definitely book again!
