A small yet stellar cabin, in the Catskills park, literally in the heart of the Catskills Mountains. The good thing about the cabin was location: not far away from quaint towns like Phoenicia and major NYS highways and roadways like the scenic NY State Route 28 . Also, Rosanne was a terrific communicator, was readily available should my part of guests or myself ever need anything. The cabin did exhibit some wear and tear, typical for being located in the woods and nothing that the minor home improvement products cannot fix. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Amazing little cabin with gorgeous mountain views, close to many activities but far enough to be a getaway. Cleverly nestled on a hill near a main road - feels secluded. Cozy cabin has everything you need. Hot tub is lovely.

My stay was fine. The cabin was clean, small, and serviceable for my brief stay.
