Comfortable house with air-conditionning
In the South Luberon, in the Provençal countryside, surrounded by vineyards, nice contemporary house fully air-conditioned combining comfort and functionality to accommodate 10 people.
For a superb holiday with family or friends, close to famous villages classified among the most beautiful villages of France: Ansouis (3 km), Cucuron (5 km), Vaugines (7 km), Lourmarin (12 km).
200 meters from the beautiful lake «l'Etang de la Bonde» where you will go for a walk or «running» for the athletes.
500 meters from a trade offering regional products : fruits, vegetables, poultry, eggs, cheese, honey, wine and bread for your breakfasts! and 8 km from a supermarket.
The many markets of the surrounding villages will delight you.
The strengths of the house:
- A summer covered terrace of 50 m2 next to the heated swimming pool (10X5m and secured by a rolling shutter) will allow you to be together during your stay: equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, with «+ » plancha and deep fryer), large table, lounge with large TV and the must-have barbecue!
- Many games for children (swing, foosball and ping-pong tables, etc.) and « petanque » game for adults!
- Many sun loungers (10) to enjoy the sun
- Shower and toilet by the pool
- A covered shelter for 3 vehicles (one remote is given per vehicle for the automatic gate)
The interior of the house consists of:
- On the ground floor: a large equipped kitchen open to a dining room and a bright living room, two bedrooms each with a 160X200 bed and a private bathroom (walk-in shower);
Upstairs: three bedrooms, one with a 160X200 bed and the other two with a 140X190 bed. These three rooms share the same bathroom (walk-in shower).
- Household equipment: big fridge (ice cubes at will), microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker.
- Multimedia: 7 satellite TV (kitchen, living room and each bedroom) – Wifi
- Other: in the laundry room, washing machine and dryer, iron and table, vacuum cleaner, household linen provided for kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. towels are provided for the pool. On request for your baby, a cot and a high chair.
Rental : from Saturday to Saturday.
Household cleaning at departure included in the rental cost.
Rental details will be issued when we get booking confirmation.
A garantee deposit of 800 EUR will have to be paid at arrival.
