Between the 11th and 12th centuries, life in the municipality is intense and lively.
In the central square of the city overlook the Duomo and the Palazzo del Comune, the market takes place, the investiture of the Podestà is held, parties and bacchanals are held, and a volley is played. On the palaces of the important families tall towers are built that, on occasion, can perform a defensive function. Alba preserves its medieval spirit and living in the Casa Torre Sineo means immersing yourself in time.
Casa Torre Sineo is a historic residence, carefully restored. The apartment is set around the medieval tower which is one of the rooms. The interior spaces are large and overlook the ancient Piazza del Duomo. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms with large walk-in showers, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. It can be accessed without the obstacle of architectural barriers.
Available to guests: lift, air conditioning, heating, wifi, TV, refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, oven, pans, cutlery, crockery and everything needed for cooking, selection of tea and coffee, household linen, towels and sheets, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
We are available during the entire stay to help you and give you suggestions;
check-in: we kindly ask you to inform us in advance of your arrival time.
CAUTION!!! if check-in is after 20:00, a surcharge of € 20.00 will be required, as a member of our staff will be waiting for you outside of working hours.
Check-out: The standard time is by 11:00, but we will be happy to meet your needs if we do not have new incoming guests.

Fabulous space, host, and experience. If you want a unique, comfortable, elegant yet simple and well-appointed apartment, stay here. Alba and surrounding towns are charming, fascinating, and filled with great wine, amazing food, and picturesque vistas. First-class all around. The views and windows from the medieval tower open to splendid, lively small-town piazza with plenty to see and do. Amazing spot.

We had booked this nearly two years prior to our stay…amid the uncertainty of COVID challenges. It was absolutely worth the wait and met every expectation. The facilities in the apartment were first class, as was the view from every window.
The apartment had a very peaceful atmosphere as the furnishings were functional and attractive -and fairly minimal. A great contrast to other places we stayed at which were so “fussy” and cluttered. . Could not recommend highly enough and would love to return sometime.

We stayed at this apartment for a week with our 4 month old baby. The host Livia was extremely kind, responsive and generous. The apartment is in a beautiful historic building overlooking the main piazza and was even given access to a rooftop terrace where we enjoyed a beautiful view with our breakfast. The host provided a high chair and beautifully prepared cot for our baby. The apartment had warm heating throughout and is one of the best stocked holiday rentals we have stayed at. We could not be more grateful for the hospitality provided to us by Livia and hope to visit Alba again in the future!
