About this house rental
This is Resort living at its finest! Our custom home is a beautiful single level located on the second tee box of the Desert Horizons CC golf course. It is 4300 square feet with 4 ensuite bedrooms and has a view of Mount Eisenhower to the south. Having breakfast and coffee on our poolside deck in the morning is a great way to start your day. The chef's kitchen comes with multiple sets of ceramica, fine wine glasses, top brand appliances (including 3 dishwashers), and everything you need to create a grand feast. Original SoCal art creates a beautiful ambience throughout our home. Large flatscreen tvs are found in the family room and two bedrooms with music throughout the house. Desert Horizons is in a fabulous location-- a 5 to 10 minute drive to major golf resorts, shopping and restaurants on El Paseo. Tenants will have access to all of the wonderful facilities in the newly rennovated clubhouse ($35 million spend) upon setting up an account with club management. The fastest growing sport in America is pickelball and 11 brand new courts await you at no extra cost. A very social and easy way to meet fellow vacationers and residents. No pets please unless you obtain our written permission. Our onsite management will assist with concerns that may arise during your stay. Property just listed so no reviews but we can tour our home with you on FaceTime if you wish. This is a home we love to live in--not a typical rental. Owners fees collected ($100 per day) for gas (pool) and electricity ( AC) will be returned to the tenant to the extent they exceed the utility billings rendered. Ask for special quotes on long term (6 month, yearly) stays.
