About this apartment rental
A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront condo with a gorgeous view of the lake and surrounding mountains from the spacious balcony. This condo sleeps up to six and includes a swimming pool. There is a full-service marina next door. Perfect for boating, fishing, or just relaxing and enjoying the view. Cliff and Deb live locally, so don't hesitate to ask about the local cuisine or places of interest. Also, Grainger County is known nationwide for tomato's and our festival, held the last weekend in July, draws several thousand people. Dollywood is only an hour away and Gatlinburg and the Great Smokey Mountains are just beyond Dollywood.

Nice large condo. Can't beat the water view. Only cristicism is that the kitchen was stocked with basics. Salt, coffee, and dishwashing supplies. I like my vacation rentals with a few spices, creamer, sugar, foil, baggies, Tupperware, etc. I don't want to have to bring much, but that could just be me. Otherwise, very spacious and clean. The lake is serene, and the pool across the street was a treat. Appreciated the local info in the binder. We enjoyed our time here overall and would come again.

Everything was so very nice. The view was awesome. Everyone is so helpful and nice there. The owner kept good communication with us and we had a great time. Did not get to use the pool however it looked very nice.

We had an amazing stay at the condo—it was truly a memorable experience. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and everything was just perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind!

We were very happy with Cliff’s home: stunning view from the balcony to the lake, plenty of space for the whole family to have a breakfast on the balcony, the condo was very clean with all necessary amenities, including large size fridge, washer and dryer. The swimming pool is just across the road, as well as Marina to rent the boat for a ride or fishing.
I wish there were a sheers on the windows in master bedroom, as sun makes the bedroom being very bright starting early morning.
The communication with the owner was super easy, via text, and he answered all my Qs right away.
Our stay was rather short, but overall it was pleasant and comfortable! Will come back again!
