About this apartment rental
The apartment and new furniture with a sea view breathtaking!
Bright and spacious apartment with a panoramic furnished terrace with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the bloody islands.
The whole apartment is very carefully decorated combining modern and design.
This apartment of 140 m² (40m2 terraces) is composed of a spacious entrance, a living room of 30 m² with a kitchen / dining room.
This apartment has a modern kitchen LEICHT completely new with a large worktop facing the sea with a dining table space for 6 people and fully equipped with:
- dishwasher,
- induction plate with integrated hood new generation,
- Built-in oven and microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster,
- built-in fridge and freezer.
The place is equipped with cable channels, the television is extra large (163cm) facing a beautiful comfortable leather sofa. The internet access is fiber broadband and unlimited with wifi.
The sleeping area is composed of:
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, possibility of double bed 160 cm (about 13 m² each)
- 1 suite of over 17 m² consisting of a bedroom with king size bed, with closet and a private bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with new and upscale bedding.
The bathrooms are modern and decorated with a lot of care:
- the first is composed of a modern bath and basin suspended;
- the second, located in the master suite is composed of a walk-in shower, a basin and a toilet suspended.
Another separate and independent WC is available in the apartment.
We provide of course sheets, duvets, pillows, towels, bath towels.
Always perfectly clean and carefully prepared by our concierge.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer as well as Dyson vacuum on a second terrace (loggia).
All rooms are air conditioned individually, all blinds are electric and remote controlled.
The building is equipped with secure access.
The apartment also includes a secure closed private box.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit atemberaubendem Ausblick von der Terrasse. Zentrum Ajaccio zu Fuß in 20 min zu erreichen.
