About this house rental
Detached house of 8 persons, it has 4 bedrooms including two double bedrooms with their own bathroom and two other bedrooms each with two single beds and a bathroom. Dining room and equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven). Terrace with barbecue available, overlooking the park of the Castle. Free WI-FI and available throughout the property, access to the outdoor heated pool and shared with other holidaymakers, tennis court, playground for children.
For a house rental, you will have the possibility to take the cleaning option or to do the complete cleaning yourself at no cost. Even if you choose the option, a minimum of cleaning will be required, emptying all the bins, putting away the dishes, folding the blankets, grouping the sheets and towels on the ground floor and emptying the refrigerator of all food.
The price for the cleaning option varies depending on the size of your rental (€300), this option can be chosen at the time of booking or at the latest 14 days before your arrival, it will no longer be possible to choose it afterwards.

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument fabuleuse au château La Belle Epoque. Tout était parfait, de la maison à la piscine en passant par le personnel. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Séjour réussi !
Mélanie, Morgane et Samuel sont formidables.
Ils sont super agréable, ils font en sorte que tout ce passe bien que l'on ne manque de rien. Ils sont vraiment au petit soin.
Le cadre est a couper le souffle,le logement est génial, la literie est top ! Il ne faut pas hésiter pour cette location faut foncer.
Nous on y retournera avec grand plaisir et ils nous tarde déjà !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un joli cadre. Les activités extérieures sont nombreuses pour occuper petits et grands. Le lac de Léon et la plage sont proches en voiture. Le coin est en plus très calme. Merci beaucoup!

The chateau and its surroundings is very nice. The pool is great. The houses they rent out on the premisses are lovely but can do with some redecoration. They allready renewed the doors and windows, the mattresses are very good. But for the amount they ask for a week in a 8 persons house some things are lacking; bed and bathlinnen is not included, so we had to pay al lot extra euro's for that. Making our stay very expensive. Besides this there are no proper showers, only showering in the bath. In one bathroom we could not hang the shower on the wall. Some things are really missing in the house, for instance, bedlights, a nice light in the livingroom (only very bright ceiling lights), tablecloth, placemats, normal coffee cups a tea pot. A light outside in the garden. When we asked for this at first Melanie was very pleasant and provided us with some things, but when we asked for an tablecloth (the table outside was very old and dirty) she wasn't as pleasant anymore. Too bad. As I said for the amount we paid you would expect a little more luxury. The houses have potential but must have a makeover to justify the costs. To top it all up there is NO WIFI in the houses! This is not up to a 2020 standard. Renting out a house without wifi is just not done!
