The inviting stone holiday house is located on a lawn on the Baltic Sea island of Alsen, which is particularly impressive with its stunning landscape to enjoy the surroundings by bike, on foot or even from the back of a horse. The bathing days can be enjoyed on the child-friendly sandy beach just a short walk away. The property is also suitable for small holidaymakers and, in addition to having enough space to run around, also offers a sandpit and swing to play. Meanwhile, the older vacationers can make themselves comfortable on the terrace, light the grill and enjoy the vacation.
The friendly interior invites vacationers to linger in the pleasant surroundings. This is mainly created by combining a lot of wood with the comfortable furnishings. The surroundings can be enjoyed from the cozy living area through the large window front. The connected living and dining area is also the focal point in the house, where everyone can meet and spend cozy hours on the sofa corner in front of the warming oven with an exciting book or good movie. In addition to the common meals that can be prepared in the open kitchen next door, the dining table is also ideal for fun evenings together.
After entertaining tours of discovery, you can have a restful sleep in the 3 bedrooms, which are also in good condition. There is 1 double bed available in 2 rooms (90 x 200 cm innerspring mattresses, one with an adjustable headboard), while the third room is equipped with 1 bunk bed (2 x 70 x 180 cm) for 2 sleeping guests. In addition to the shower and toilet, the bathroom also has the convenience of underfloor heating and finally completes the spatial range of the appealing holiday home.
