Southern exposure with fields in front offering a fantastic view of Mount Prorel and all the mountains from sunrise to sunset, and 300 days of sunshine a year.

Easy access to the ski slopes and surrounded by mountains for hiking, you can start directly from the front door!

INVITE ACCESS

Your access to the cottage is private, directly from the road, either by its entry door (10 steps of the garden), or by the garage door (at the level of the road, so very practical when it snows).

You can use the whole chalet (except 1 storage room), the garage and the parking spaces, a laundry room and all the garden that surrounds it.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

I stay close to it, most of the year, and I will be there to help you make your stay enjoyable and offer suggestions on where to go and what to visit.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

At the right time of the year, you can pick / cut your own fruit in the garden; red currants, raspberries, blackberries, hazelnuts, quince, crab apples, herbs and lavender. Next door are cherries, plums, apricots, blackcurrant, apples, pears, gooseberries and wild strawberries.

In winter, know that we get a lot of snow and very heavy snow a few years. You will therefore need appropriate clothing and footwear, as well as snow chains for your car (must have on board during the winter).

You must allow more time for your trip when snow is forecast.

The public services clear very well and frequently all roads, starting with the main roads. Then they clean the small roads. There is a car length (4 meters) of private parking to access the garage that the utilities do not clear. A private service cleaned this part.
