About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the renowned center of Santa Teresa Gallura, inside the Residence Le Pavoncelle, a few minutes walk from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach and the town center.
The one-bedroom apartment (4 people) consists of: a living room with a double sofa bed, double bedroom and kitchenette with induction hob, and bathroom with shower and is equipped with: TV, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, air conditioning. Most have a balcony or patio equipped with table and chairs.
For any needs you can go to the reception office at Residence I Mirti Bianchi (via Tibula 28), which will be open daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check-in is available daily from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Check-out is scheduled by 10:00 am. Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated to the property in advance, for KEY BOX code release for key pickup. In case of non-communication, reception is not guaranteed and an extra charge of € 50.00 may be requested. For arrivals later than 20:00 we require phone number of the customer.
Your stay includes: private parking outside or in our indoor garage, Wi-Fi area (subject to limitations), communal washer and dryer (at the residence I Mirti Bianchi), use of bicycles until exhaustion (deposit € 50); final cleaning, the consumption of electricity, water, gas, and first supply of bed linen and towels.
Upon your arrival, you will have to pay some mandatory costs:
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment.
CITY TAX: compulsory for the municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura (the amount may vary depending on the time of the year).
Four-legged friends are allowed in our facility. Their access is not allowed in the common areas. There is an extra cleaning fee of € 50.00 for their stay.
Please note that the cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal is the responsibility of the guest. In case of failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to deliver waste, a penalty fee will be charged.

Molto bene check-in e check-out (anche se bisogna andare in un altro luogo per farli) e comunicazione, gentilissima la ragazza che ci ha permesso di tenere le valigie per tutto il giorno del check-out.
Riguardo alla casa, 2 difetti: posizione troppo vicina alla strada (sopratutto se qualcuno ha sonno leggero, la mattina è abbastanza rumorosa) e la mancanza della lavatrice propria. Per il resto OK, l'aria condizionata presente in entrambe le stanze, il bagno piccolo ma sufficiente, letto matrimoniale comodo, il divano letto accettabile (ma come tutti i divano letti hanno un materasso sottile), il giardinetto è carino ma purtroppo proprio sulla strada. Facile trovare un posto auto vicino.
Complessivamente il prezzo che abbiamo pagato è decisamente troppo alto considerata la posizione e le comodità offerte.
