Little Lanes is a comfortable annexe nestled in Marshgate, Cornwall, attached to the same owners larger property Underanes (1026664) with a connecting lockable door which when booked together can sleep 6/7. Hosting one double bedroom, sleeping a total of two guests with a neat shower room to support. There is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has a small patio area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Little Lanes is a wonderful choice for a relaxing break close to the Cornish coast.
Amenities: Storage heating and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Small patio area with furniture and shared lawn. Two well behaved pets accepted. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles. Metal frame fold up bed available on request and will be put up in the sitting area, bedding provided. Suitable for 2 adults and child up to 12 years of age. Note: Attached to the same owners larger property Underlanes 1026664 - the properties can be let together and offer accommodation for 6/7 guests.
