Ancient restored manor house, home to a Franciscan convent whose stone walls are preserved.
Our holiday home is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove and a large private garden.

Beautiful location, wonderful pool, fantastic view, but apartment small, kitchen old, fridge did not work properly and back side of the building is somewhat shabby and in need of proper maintenance. Wifi often out, and no wifi by the pool. Host Nice Guy but away often

Super location, surrounded by olive trees. But got charged for coffee pods and second cappuccino at breakfast. No microwave and had to request paper towels and dish soap.

We wanted to stay a little out of town and this turned out great to land after our day trips. Paolo was available and great with assisting us with our needs. He also recommended nice restaurants and places to visit.

Ho alloggiato presso questo residence con un amico e ci siamo trovati super bene. Gestione familiare ottima, professionalità e cordialità all'ordine del giorno! Colazione presso il ristorante abbondante e vasta scelta dolce/salata, menù pranzo/cena non vasto ma piatti squisiti. Sicuramente consigliato.

Traumhafte Lage

Traumhafte Lage

Tolles Gelände, tolles Gebäude, toller Pool. Die Apartments sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir wollten noch einen Eiswürfel Behälter haben und Paolo organisierte uns sofort einen. Aus dem Inserat ging nicht ganz hervor, ob wir Handtücher brauchen; die waren vorhanden. Dafür musste man WC Papier besorgen. Wir bekamen für die ersten 2 Nächte ein Upgrade, Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick. Das war toll. Umzug unkompliziert. Aber auch das 2. Apartment hatte tollen Aussensitz. Einziger Wermutstropfen ; da Lokation auch für Feiern genutzt wird, hatten wir an dem Abend das Gefühl, es wurde nicht so gerne gesehen dass draußen sitzen. Da wäre Kommunikation vorab hilfreich. Alles in allem freundliche Gastgeber und auf jeden Fall wieder eine Reise wert

Toller Ort, super Panoramaausblick auf den Gardasee, weg vom Trubel, Gastgeber stets freundlich und bemüht, sein Frau hingegen schwierig, was freundlich ausgedrückt ist. Die Zimmer dürften mal renoviert werden. Wir haben uns auf der Terrasse und am Pool sehr wohlgefühlt. Karin und Martin

Aanvankelijk werden wij ergens op de tweede etage in een appartement geplaatst, met een buitenruimte met uitzicht op een blinde muur en verweerde ramen. We konden net zo goed ergens in een achterstandswijk in Milaan zitten. Na protest, kregen wij na 2 dagen met extra betaling van schoonmaakkosten, een ander, maar veel kleiner appartement toegewezen met terras en uitzicht. Badkamer/sanitair was dermate petit, dat dit eerder voor kinderen leek ingericht, dan voor 'normale' volwassenen. Tot onze spijt was het restaurant niet geopend (wat niet was aangegeven op de site). Al met al heeft dit verblijf geen prettig en comfortabel gevoel bij ons achtergelaten. Spijtig!

Wir hatten diese Unterkunft sehr last Minute gebucht und waren dann sehr begeistert. Wir wurden nett empfangen und der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Der Blick von den großen Terrasse war wirklich wunderschön. Wir hatten ein kleines Apartment mit Blick auf den See und Zugang zu der tollen Terrasse, obwohl uns der Anbieter sagte, wir hätten nicht mit Seeblick gebucht. Wir hatten somit Glück, allerdings waren die Fotos dieser Anzeige dann leider etwas missverständlich. Die Wohnung entsprach trotz anderer Aufteilung als auf den Bildern definitiv unseren Anforderungen. Allerdings war die Tür des Tiefkühlfachs etwas kaputt, der Fernseher ging nicht und musste am zweiten Tag ausgetauscht werden und weder das Licht über dem Herd noch das Kontrolllicht des Herdes funktionierten. Außerdem war es immer unangenehm heiß, Mittags war es draußen kühler als drinnen, was wir uns nicht wirklich erklären konnten. Eine Klimaanlage o.Ä. haben wir nicht gefunden, bzw. funktionierte nicht. Das WLAN funktionierte überall sehr gut, selbst am Pool. Dieser war toll, sehr groß und perfekt erfrischend. Die Lage war auch toll. Man hatte einen herrlichen Blick über den See, war aber nicht ab vom Schuss. Man war sehr schnell bei vielzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, am See oder in den umliegenden Städten. Außerdem gab es die Straße runter einen guten Bäcker, bzw. einen kleinen Laden. Ingesamt waren wir trotz kleiner Unannehmlichkeiten sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch wiederkommen.

Unsere Ferienwohnung lag im hinteren Bereich zu den Olivenhain, obwohl sie im hinteren Bereich lag hatten wir einen schönen Blick zum See.
