All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

One of our gorgeous vacation rentals Savannah GA located in the Broughton area of downtown Savannah is called Broughton Deco Carriage House. This is a one-bedroom carriage house with sleeping accommodations for four guests and 700 square feet of room. The main room is a studio-style design with an open floor plan from the living spaces to the sleeping space. A soothing color palette puts you in relaxation mode upon entering the home with cool tones and lots of natural lighting. You will find a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal at home if you choose. A dining table rests against the stair railing, and can be pulled out as needed to accommodate four. Continuing on, you will find a cozy sitting area with a comfy sofa, chairs, and storage for tucking away your clothes and travel necessities. A large flatscreen TV on a swivel mount in between the living area and bedroom can be seen easily from all areas in the home. The queen bed is adjacent, and features two night stands with reading lamps and a fan above to keep you cool while you sleep. Additional sleeping space is available by utilizing the sofa bed in the sitting area. The home's full bathroom features a walk in shower, single vanity, and large mirror. If you find yourself needing to do laundry, a stacked washer/dryer is located near the dining area hidden by the mirrored closet doors.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving
Day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve & Day, and the day after Christmas Day
Day before New Years Day, New Years Day, and the day after New Years Day
Day before MLK Day, MLK Day, and the day after MLK Day

This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.
Long-Term Stays

Very clean. Easy access to the downtown within walking distance. Easy to access if leaving in the car to go site seeing.

This was a great spot for my husband I! The bed wasn't the most comfortable but that's our only complaint. It is located within walking distance to one of the Old Town Trolley stops which worked out well for that and was conveniently located to most other places of interest in Historic Downtown Savannah. It was worth a Lyft ride out and back to Tybee Island to use the pool! All of the amenities were clean which is important to me and their communication is outstanding too. I would highly recommend staying here!

The place was clean and found it pretty simple and clear on how to get into the apartment. The description of the apartment was fair as far as it being small but comfortable. However, the fan was not working and was not allowed to lower AC temperature below 71 degrees. Coming from a cooler climate, we found it on the warmer side. The sheets didn't smell fresh, the amenities were scarce (no salt/condiments, washing machine soap) and they offered to fix the fan on Sunday but was leaving Tuesday. I think that if you are stating that you have certain amenities they should be working when you arrive.
