About this apartment rental
Located directly on the west beach (Viktoriastraße), this apartment impresses with its unique location: The south / west orientation of the balcony and the living room offer sunshine from morning to evening - and with fantastic sea views. You will only find this on the west beach in Viktoriastraße on Norderney.
The almost 50 square meter apartment is located on the 4th and top floor of the house and offers one thing above all: absolute quiet, because you are well protected from prying eyes.
The bedroom with three beds (a double bed and a single wall bed) is oriented towards Brunnenstrasse and offers a great view of the town. In the summer months, let the first rays of sun wake you up in the morning.
The elevator takes you comfortably and barrier-free from the ground floor to the fourth floor. At the bottom of the house is also the swimming pool, which you can use as you please.
The bade: haus Norderney, the popular and lively beach street and the conversation house are only a stone's throw away, the promenade, the beach and the west beach bar are at your feet.
The apartment has so far only been used as a holiday home and will be rented to holiday guests for the first time in 2020. The condition of the furniture is very well maintained.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert. Der schöne Balkon hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer und den Weststrand. Das Städtchen ist ganz nah, der Bäcker in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Seid einigen Jahren gehen wir auf die Insel, diesmal war es besonders schön.
Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter mit Tips und Informationen, man hat das Gefühl man kennt sich…
Die Lage ist perfekt, mit direktem Meerblick und dennoch ist man in 200m in der Fußgängerzone/Kurplatz .
