Welcome to the stylish “NEY 12” vacation apartment in Haus Fortuna—perfectly located on Viktoriastraße, just a few steps from Weststrand. This bright and modernly furnished studio apartment with a stunning ocean view offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation for two—and dogs are also welcome.
The vacation rental was completely renovated in 2025! Look forward to stylish design and well-thought-out amenities: two original Panton chairs, an elegant USM Haller sideboard, a smart TV, and a functional kitchenette with high-quality kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a ceramic cooktop, a mini-dishwasher, and a microwave with a grill function—leaving nothing to be desired. The walk-in shower in the modern bathroom provides additional comfort.
The well-planned floor plan features a comfortable double bed (180x200), a cozy sitting area with a sofa and armchair, and a small dining table with two chairs. From the living area, you have direct access to the furnished balcony with a sea view and an ideal south/southwest orientation—here you can enjoy the sun almost all day long, from your first coffee in the morning to a relaxing end to the evening.
There is a laundry room in the basement equipped with a washer and dryer. These can be used for a fee.
In the immediate vicinity are the Weststrandbar, a playground, a bakery, a supermarket, the bathhouse, downtown, and popular spots like the Marienhöhe and Milchbar. Bicycle parking is available at the building. A space in the basement can optionally be used for storing luggage.
