Set on the majestic hills that make up the back drop of Kalkan, this luxury 4 bedroom villa with spectacular sea views over Kalkan its bay and Islands
Kalkan is a mix of sophistication and authenticity The harbour with its small fishing boats allows you to visualize its once sleepy past, these boats now sit alongside hand built wooden Gulets and modern luxury yachts. The harbourside restaurants, offer all manner of cuisines from fine dining to coffee and snacks. Take a stroll through the narrow streets of the old town past the many shops, boutiques, cafes and bars
On the ground level is an open planned lounge/Kitchen dining area The fully fitted kitchen includes washing machine, dish washer, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, kettle & toaster. The lounge area is spacious with large comfortable sofas one of which coverts to a double bed for a extra 2 guests. This level also has a separate WC. Sliding doors from the lounge leads onto a spacious, private covered pool area with dining table and chairs for al fresco dining
All 4 bedrooms, (two doubles and two twins.) are en suite. The master bedroom also offers the luxury of a jacuzzi bath. All bedrooms are air-conditioned as well as the living room, and have amazing sea views out to Kalkan Bay and the islands
For parties with more than 10 people, the villa can also be considered together with its neighbour, A 5-bedroom Villa . Both villas provide accommodation up to 22 people in a total of 9 bedrooms.,
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 5000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
