Beautiful house and property, fruit trees , plenty of places to sit and relax. There are a few improvments needed like upgrade on kitchen cook ware and bedding in rooms. Otherwise the hostess responded quickly to all my questions, the neighborhood was quiet and plenty of stores close by. All and all a relaxing place to stay.

This yard was amazing. Private and beautiful. Host was friendly and helpful. Area was great. Central to every Southern California hot spots for us but able to retreat into a quiet neighborhood restfully. The website pictures don’t give you a good idea. It’s much nicer than the photos. The sofa in the tv room could be replaced and that was my only negative. We weren’t there to watch tv anyway!!

Landlord was nice and easy to work with. Much of the house needs updated. Pots pans, need replacement. Tv room couch had duct tape over holes. Tv was so old it was grainy and didn’t have internet connectivity. Beds were old and rough as well. Did the job but would probably not rent again
