Gourmet Kitchen w double oven, gas stove lots of utensils and dishes. Amazing living room with 100 " TV and theater grade surround sound. Laundry has washer & dryer combo and steam closets, EV Charger

The space
Very spacious home with 3 bedrooms, 2 Bath and 2 car garage with EV charger (20 dlls per day fee if used). 2 cars can park in the drive way. Premium lot with Lakeview right behind the fully fenced backyard with available seating and BBQ. In the laundry room storage, there's two sleeping bags for the kiddos to camp in the living room and basic cleaning supplies and walking pad also available (Host not liable for misuse use at your own risk). Back up power and WIFI.

Guest access
Self check in with access to the entire home and community areas like pool &, jacuzzi (requires remote access by host to enter), lake and walking paths are open access. Fishing is is available at the lake (catch and release only do not consume). No swimming in lake is allowed. Host is not responsible or liable for misuse or faulty equipment in common areas. Use at your own risk and keep all children with a responsible adult while using such common areas and amenities. Host does not guarantee access to pool or any other community amenities these are controlled by community management.

Instructions for all appliances & smart controls are located inside ( House Manual) Home has automatic shades, living room fireplace, thermostat AC/Heater, remote controlled fans, smart refrigerator, washer & dryer all-in-one combo, two Samsung steam closet for steam cleaning/sanitizing clothes, suits, shoes etc. Printer with monitors ready to just plug your laptop or tablet, EV charging ( Fee Applies), TV theatre with surround sound in living room & two sofas with four recliner massage & heat. Master bedroom features a adjustable bed massage, also there is a self cleaning floor robot and and air purifier.
Fresh bedding linens we use a vendor to do our laundry, ALWAYS FRESH.

All guest or visitors must adhere to all rules, and safety guideline.

D)No smoking on or inside the property.
E)No moving any furniture or installing anything on the walls.
F)No mail or package sent to our addresses or the houses. At any time. No mail key will be issued, use a PO BOX or your preferred method.
G) No pets allowed.
H) No eating or drinking in the rooms or on couches
I) Wipe up spills immediately as countertops easily stain.
J) Use coasters
K) Not allowed: Trailers, Campers or recreational vehicles in the Community these types of vehicles must be parked outside the community gates at the guests own risk.
L) Zero tolerance for disturbance of neighbors will not be tolerated. Keep all guest including kids away from neighbor's property including walls and landscaping.
M) No parties or gatherings of any kind , and no guest not listed on the reservation.
