About this apartment rental
Come and enjoy this spectacular 1600-sq.ft beachfront condo that features a wrap-around balcony overhanging the beautiful white sandy beach, allowing you to take in panoramic views from almost every area in the condo. Relax in the living room while viewing the ocean or the 50" UHD smart TV, which includes Netflix, Youtube, and just about every American and Mexican channel.
Prepare meals in the fully-equipped chef’s kitchen using quality T-Fal granite ceramic cookware (PFTE and PFOA-free). Our kitchen features granite counter tops, travertine marble floors, stainless steel appliances, Chef’s knives, a blender, a Keurig and regular coffee maker (bring your favorite k-cups), teakettle, and purified water. Flatware, dishes and glassware are also provided.
Walmart, Mega, & Chedraui are within a few blocks of Luna Encantada for convenient grocery shopping. Europea is also in walking distance, where premium wines, champagne, liquor, and fine foods can be purchased. And two restaurants/bars next to our building that can deliver food and drinks to our beach area for guests, just ask for the menu to our beach boy and enjoy a margarita by the beach!
The master bedroom is well appointed, and includes premium bedding, an en-suite bathroom, a 50" UHD smart TV, and a workstation.
There are two queen beds in the second bedroom, and one queen bed in a smaller 3rd bedroom. Both bedrooms include smart TVs, and ocean views! The condo also offers beautiful granite tiled bathrooms and quality linens. Bath and beach towels are also included.
We provide complimentary Wi-Fi, housekeeping, security, key-padded gates, free underground parking, individually controlled a/c in every room, ceiling fans, and purified drinking water.
Luna Encantada is a charming boutique complex with 24 large, two and three bedroom units, and features a beautiful infinity pool, lush tropical landscaping, and coded security gates. We provide free underground parking, 24-hour security, private pool and beach lounge chairs and umbrellas for the comfort of our guests.
We are exceptionally well located and within walking distance of dive boats, shopping, spa treatments, and world-class dining. Play golf, snorkel, scuba, windsurf, parasail, deep-sea fish, enjoy catamaran boat tours, bike, boat, walk and explore the beauty and history of the Mayan Riviera from your home away from home. Visit Cozumel by ferry (just a few blocks away), Isla Mujeres, Xel-Ha, or the ancient ruins of Tulum, Coba or Chichen Itza.
Central Playa is just a 45-minute drive south of the Cancun Airport. Private van service is available upon request.
A rental car is not necessary, because we're located in the center of it all! However, there are many beautiful destinations like Xpu Ha, Tulum, and numerous cenotes located within a 45-minute drive from Playa. There is parking available at Luna located in our secure underground garage.
Construction Notice: Playa del Carmen has quickly become a popular vacation hot spot and is experiencing a rapid growth to keep up with the demand for rental properties and real estate opportunities. In the street next to us they are building a new hotel. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during work hours, and may cause some noise. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various beaches and the other parts of Playa del Carmen and surrounding areas. For more suggestions do not hesitate to contact us.

We had a great time at Luna Encantada. It was quiet, beautiful, easy, and perfectly located.

We did enjoy the property. We were extremely disappointed that there was no dishwasher and no grill that was stated in the listing. We cook all of our meals and bought groceries accordingly. So we had to go find a grill elsewhere in order to cook our dinners. We also had to hand wash all of our dishes. They did say that they would provide a dishwasher but you can’t do cooking and just leave dishes in the sink it’s just not realistic. I really believe we should get a discount do those two things because we did build our vacation around those items being available.
