About this house rental
This 4100 square feet home near Northstar offers five bedrooms and four baths, perfect for a family or multi-family getaway! Surrounded by serenity and privacy in a gorgeous gated community, the unique style of this home paired with its rustic nature and family-friendly conveniences will delight you!
The house features 5 spacious bedroom -- including both an upstairs and downstairs primary suites. The primary bedroom upstairs includes a king size bed and expansive master bath with a large tub and spacious walk-in shower. It also has a private office adjacent which serves as a great quiet getaway spot if you need a place to work or read. On the upstairs level, there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. A second full bath is just opposite these two rooms.
On the main level, there is a spacious 2nd primary with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom . There is a one additional bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor, and a full bath just opposite this room.
The open living area on the main floor has many great spots for relaxing and gathering. The house has a large, gourmet kitchen equipped with gourmet range and oven, microwave, 2 dishwashers, double sink and wine fridge-- and is fully stocked for your cooking needs. The large center island has counter seating for 4 and plenty of seating/space for folks to hang out. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with seating for up to 12 people and a fireplace. The connected large living room has fireplace, large couch, 4 arm chairs plus a game table with 4 chairs.
There is also a separate den/TV room with a large flat screen TV, couch and large window seat. It is well stocked with board games and toys for guests to enjoy,
In addition, there is a mudroom with seating off the garage, making it easy to get ready for a terrific day on the slopes or exploring the area. The spacious laundry room is also located on the main floor
Other amenities include:
- High Speed Wireless Internet servicing all the rooms
- 3 flat screen TVs (den, upstairs master, downstairs master)
- Gourmet kitchen with full appliances including
- oversize refrigerator, freezer plus separate wine cooler

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home!! The home is very spacious and incredibly well appointed. The neighborhood and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful! We have stayed at this house several times and it never disappoints! The house is spacious and clean, with great bedrooms, fast internet, TV, board games, ping pong, bikes, and a fire pit and grill out back. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the woods are a lot of fun for kids to explore. After a long hike or day out on the lake, we always feel “at home” coming back to the house. The owners are very responsive and provide great accommodations. We plan to come back again!

This stay was the perfect beginning to our summer vacation! Great access to Truckee, the lake, hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, and golf courses. We loved spending our mornings and evenings eating outside by the quiet woods and enjoying the fire pit. The house is also stocked with lots of fun board games and a ping pong table, which was super fun for everyone. The owners were also very communicative and easy to work with checking in/out. The house is amply supplied and feels just like home. Thanks again for an amazing stay!
