This five bedroom, six bathroom, penthouse is ideal for those seeking the ultimate in space and luxury. From the designer décor to the well-appointed amenities, over 5,000 square feet were recently renovated with no expense spared.
Big on style, comfort, and space this unit is located on the 6th floor of the exclusive Peninsula Tower. It's like your own private sanctuary on top of the world boasting expansive ocean views combined with plush, colorful furnishings and amenities such as a full bar, grill, ice maker, walk-in closets, and two lavish living rooms. You and your guests will surely feel right at home.
The five stately bedrooms are designed to accommodate everyone’s needs. The Master suite is furnished with a king bed and private deep soak Jacuzzi tub. The Family suite includes a king bed and twin bunk beds. The Ocean Suite and Bay suite are both equipped with two queen beds. The Ocean suite also features an outdoor terrace and hammock. The fifth bedroom is set up with a loft design featuring two twin beds reminiscent of a college dorm room. It is very popular with children and teens. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart LED TVs, en suite bathrooms with rainfall showers, and spacious closets with digital safes.
The two plush living rooms are the ideal setting for entertaining family and friends or to enjoy a moment to yourself. The gourmet kitchen features a double sized stainless refrigerator and professional series appliances. The grand dinning room can seat 10 people comfortably at the table. An entertainment area, which has an amazing tournament sized pool table with aqua colored felt and a full service bar with ice-maker, is always a favorite hangout spot. Grab yourself a quick drink then gather on the oversized outdoor terrace where there is plenty of outdoor seating for you and your guests because at the end of the day, there is no better way to relax than in our huge custom Jacuzzi watching the sun set into the Pacific Ocean.
You can also take a seven minute walk on the beach to the Langosta Beach Club where you will enjoy full membership privileges during your stay, FOR FREE. The club includes: complete fitness center; exercise classes including Pilates and yoga; a large infinity edge pool overlooking the most family friendly beach in the area; a newly opened French restaurant; the sunset bar and private cabanas. Non-Penthouse guest are required to pay a $30.00 per day per person fee to enter.
With the newly completed tower 2, you will have access to a second full size lap pool, 2 additional grilling areas and on the roof of tower 2 is a observation deck where you can see the entire area and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed this place - it added to our enjoyment of Costa Rica. The place was spacious, even for 11 people. Everything went smooth from the check-in to the check-out! The sunset's from the balcony were mind blowing!

The Host was very helpful and attended to our needs. As far as the amenities, it is a GREAT place, spacious and room for all. We were 13 in our group, and enjoyed it very much. However, there were some little things that needed attending to such as, not all bulbs would light, outlets damaged, some knicks and dirty furniture and things like that.

This place is spacious and immaculate with great views of the ocean. The building is in a quiet neighborhood. It’s secure and well staffed. The pool is a crystal clean and the grounds are in perfect working order. It’s a short walk to the beach club, but I’d recommend renting one of the golf carts to expedite trips to the beach club in downtown.

I looked for many hours to find exactly the right property for my family of 13 which included a 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 year old. I needed a lot of space without any stairs. Our Penthouse was everything promised. Lots of room for everyone to enjoy one another and then to also get away from each other. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Lots of closet space in all the bedrooms. The kitchen was enormous and the refrigerator was big enough for taking care of all the food we purchased. We had spectacular views from all of the living and dining areas and enjoyed the outdoor space as well. The pool at the Peninsula was lovely. Veronica and Bob handled this booking and were beyond helpful before and during our stay. Veronica even babysat for 4 hours the first day for us. Melissa also helped book us on all our tours and all our transport needs. We had one minor issue with the fridge, and it was handled within 15 minutes of calling at 10:30 at night. Thank you Bob, Veronica and Melissa. We will remember our vacation for a long time to come. Fabulous.
