The classic Spanish-Mediterranean architecture with its hand-painted tile and large covered terrace are the essence of Casa Paquita. You will enjoy the beautifully manicured gardens and romantic balconies with spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets. Your vacation home is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!!!
Casa Paquita features five en-suite bedrooms in the main house, plus an additional 2 en-suite bedrooms in the Casita. The spiral staircase weaves around a 3 level waterfall that cascades down 2-sides of an open cylinder. The gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, bar room, living room and front and back patios blend together to create a perfect common area overlooking the infinity edge pool and the Pacific Ocean. The large double infinity edge pool features a children's pool, spa seating with jets, four bar stools, and an easy entrance staircase. This enormous living area is perfect for large groups, family reunions, small intimate weddings or just the best vacation Costa Rica has to offer!
The main house sleeps 14 people with 3 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and 2 queens beds.
The Casita sleeps 4 people with 1 queen bed and 2 double beds.
House-keeping services are provided 6 days per week There is also a grounds-keeper/pool cleaner on property 6 days per week.
Full concierge service is included and will arrange airport pickup, car rental and tour reservations, baby sitting and other luxury services.

Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, including an air fryer and gas stove. There was a coffee pot and filters (Jonathan even gave us a bag of ground coffee!). Beds were very comfortable. Pool/beach towels are provided (and washed daily). Air conditioning worked well. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and blow dryers are all provided. We had 11 people and very much enjoyed the pool. It's very large with lots of places to sit in or around the pool and also spots to enjoy the shade. One day a group of 10-12 monkeys were napping in the trees. Lorena (housekeeper and chef) prepared a delicious birthday meal for our group plus 6 friends who were staying nearby. Everyone loved it! Also we had Lorena prepare guac and pico which were both incredibly delicious. Lorena also makes the beds and provides clean bathroom towels daily. She is very sweet. Lorena also did a load of laundry for us.We loved the location just a few minutes by golfcart into Tamarindo and also a short walk to a few restaurants.

Casa Paquita exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful & the location was perfect! It was right on the beach, private and quiet. Lorena and Jonathan took excellent care of our family of ten!We had bedrooms we didn’t even use.We highly recommend this lovely home !

This home was a wonderful group home! Located in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need. The property manager was amazing and so helpful booking transports and tours. The golf carts were a fun way to get to town! The pool and view is super. Loved walking the beach and exploring. A great stay and trip!!
