ABOUT OUR HOUSE:
Our beautiful 14-acre private property features unique amenities, not found at other vacation rentals. Whether you're in need of a solo weekend, remote work location, business retreat venue, a romantic couples getaway, a family staycation, or a group holiday gathering, Greenview Paradise has something for everybody.
MAIN FLOOR
- Master Bedroom: King bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom with toilet, two sinks, jetted tub, shower, large walk-in closet, lockbox, hangers, and west facing windows.
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed, smart tv, walk-in closet, lockbox, hangers, and west facing windows.
- Third Bedroom: Double bed, smart tv, walk-in closet, lockbox, hangers, and east facing window.
- Main Bathroom: Sink, toilet, and accessible tub with shower.
- Kitchen: See kitchen description below for details.
- Dinning Area: Seating for 6 people.
- Powder Room: Toilet and sink.
- Laundry Room: High-efficiency front loading washer and dryer (soap included).
- All-Season Sunroom: Wrap-around windows, board games, wicker table & chair set (seats 4), sliding doors to furnished deck areas with hot tub (additional fees apply), view of the private pond, east facing (great sunrises!!!!)
Note: The main floor of Greenview Paradise is wheel-chair accessible.
LOWER LEVEL:
- Home Gym: Free weights, treadmill, pulley weight system & smith machine, foam rollers, yoga mats, smart tv, mini fridge with bottled water, sanitizing gym wipes, Bluetooth speaker, and water cooler.
- Games Area: Billiards, foosball, ping pong/table tennis.
- Home Theatre: Movie seating for 8 people, popcorn maker, screen & projector, surround sound, and Roku.
- Kids Hideaway: Two bunk beds, play tent, Nintendo 64, and toys.
- Bathroom: Sink, toilet, and tub with shower.
- Wet Bar: Sink, counter, and fridge.
Note: Cribs, car seats, baby gate, highchairs, and 10 hotel-style cots are available upon request. A $25 fee is applied, per cot used.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
We ask that you respect the land, pond and island. The ecosystems here are very strong and it creates an environment where the creatures who inhabit this space can live happy and fed. Our island is groomed minimally to help maintain these ecosystems. To keep the birds, bees, dragon flies, butterflies and all the other friends who live here at peace, we ask that you stay on the red mulch pathway on the island and do not go into the raspberry bush or wander through the weeds. You may notice there are new shoots of raspberry bush growing around the island, please let them be!
Please note that outdoor grounds maintenance may occur during your stay.
At night our grass is watered by our sprinkler system. You will find a schedule in the kitchen showing the times and zones that the sprinklers are set to. If you would like to change these, please text or call us.
The house has well water, which is safe to drink, but we also have a separate tap on the kitchen sink which is connected to a reverse osmosis filtration system.
For property protection and occupancy compliance, exterior monitoring devices are in place covering driveway and entry areas. There are no interior cameras and no cameras in lounging or relaxation areas.

I am amazed that there was such a perfect property for two young families to stay near Winnipeg. There is so much space, a big yard, and only 10/15 minutes from stores and food. The host was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We will be booking again!

Great rental property for larger groups, but still close to city amenities! Lots to do between the movie room, paddle boats, pool table, etc! Would definitely recommend!

The property exceeded expectations and was a wonderful venue for a family gathering. Daniel was very helpful throughout the booking process and stay, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!!
