Set in a brand new high-rise apartment building, my 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect home away from home. With an open plan living area, cozy bedroom, separate bathroom, With South Melbourne + Crown Casino within walking distance & a tram stop just across the road to take you into the CBD, my place is the perfect base for anyone looking to explore all that Melbourne has to offer!
The Space:
Our bright and spacious one-bedroom flat provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in Melbourne. With their good size and comfortable bed, the bedroom offer restful times and healthy sleep.
In the spacious living area, you will find a sofa and means of entertainment. The open-plan fully-equipped kitchen allows a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills, and the dining area is a great opportunity to get together and enjoy a delicious meal. The bathroom in the property is equipped with a toilet and a shower also.
Fresh bed linen, towels, fluffy pillows, toiletries and other necessities are provided for a comfortable stay. Our 24/7 support team will also be available if you ever needed anything more.
And of course, let us not forget to mention our well-designed rooftop where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air.

The Neighborhood:
At the city's centre is the modern Federation Square development, with plazas, bars, and restaurants by the Yarra River. In the Southbank area, the Melbourne Arts Precinct is the site of Arts Centre Melbourne – a performing arts complex – and the National Gallery of Victoria, with Australian and indigenous art.
You can’t beat the shopping precincts of Bourke Street Mall, Melbourne Central and the glitzy Paris End of Collins Street. To the markets and galleries of Federation Square, the CBD is a hotbed of activity.
Jump on the free City Circle tram- you pass sights like the Melbourne Aquarium, Old Melbourne Gaol and Parliament House – and of course you’ll want to jump out and explore the coffee, boutiques and street art of the laneways and old arcades.
Getting Around:
Various public transport options available nearby including buses and tram lines. The 106 tram line is just 150 m from the property which will take you directly to the CBD in 15 minutes. If you prefer to travel on foot - there are many shops, supermarkets (Woolworths), and famous South Melbourne market all within walking distance. Ride sharing services such as Uber, Didi, and Ola are all readily available.

My partner and I stayed in this unit for 2.5 months and the overall experience was incredible.
THE PROPERTY: extremely clean upon check in and very well stocked with the necessities, even a BBQ with full propane tank. The bedroom and living space were the perfect size for 2 adults. We were working remotely and had no issues with internet.
The issue with the toilet seat the previous review mentions we brought up to the host and they had it fixed within a couple days.
We asked if we could get wine glasses for some yarra valley wine we had and they obliged right away!
The roof top was a great place to watch sunsets and even have a quiet space to work. The roof top spa wasn’t running while we were there, but it was still incredible views of the city.
THE HOST: Houst was the company running this property and I’ve never had such excellent service before. They responded usually within minutes and helped trouble shoot any problem we had. They even had the dryer replaced during our stay when it stopped working! Overall perfect rental company.
THE LOCATION: it’s about a 10 minute walk to the heart of the CBD which was nice - you are just out of the hustle and bustle of the city while being close enough to walk. It’s also a good distance between city and beach. There are wonderful cafes almost every block, and you are close to south Melbourne market. We would run along the river each week and loved how close it was.
Melbourne was incredible and if we return we will be sure to stay here again!
