Generally as expected
A lot of bureaucracy beforehand and missing information about access.. no access instruction email until too late...wrong phone number in listing .. a lot of effort on our side, very little from the other side to help us find the property and find where to get keys

Location
Going somewhere else to get and drop off keys. The apartment was shabby, carpets and cabinets need fixing, tiles in shower drain were all lose, bed mattress was way too thin, missing some essential cooking utensils like spatula and a bowl, aircon vent broken so it blew straight on you when you tried to watch tv, need some artwork on the walls
