About this house rental
40 Beach Road Porangahau.
The accommodation consists of 2 floors of a 3 storey house. Owners live upstairs.
No Parties.
The accommodation is self contained.
The bottom floor is open plan with a new kitchen, lounge with 3 couches, one of which is a comfortable sofa bed, and a dining table seating 8.
There is a bunk room with 8 bunks, note there is no door on the bunk room.
Shower and toilet. See photos for layout of this area.
The second storey which is accessed externally, has a large room with a Queen and a single bed, a second large room with a Queen and a single bed, a third room is smaller and has a Queen bed, and the 4th room is very small with a double bed. A kitchenette with a second fridge/freezer. There is a shower and toilet on this level also. All queen rooms have ranch sliders opening onto a deck also accessible from the side of the house.
Sheets Towels and Pillowcases are not provided, but we do have them for a charge.
All other linen is provided.
Washing machine is available to guests on request.
