All facilities were amazing
My room was for 2 adults 3 kids and a new born and we had a couch that could only seat 3 people was rather inconvenient

My highlight of this park, was the staff from the reception and being welcomed, fast, clear & informative, to the wāhine staff on the buggy’s absolutely awesome and welcoming and very considerate of our whanau needs as we had our 20 year old daughter with us in wheelchair, this was her first stay away from home and the staff made her feel loved and comfortable, where she wants to explore Aotearoa more.

Not one bad word about this park, I travel Aotearoa for business/mahi and have stayed in some beautiful places, but you can’t find staff quite like the staff here at Hastings Holiday Park.

Showers were great. nice and hot
better heating in the room, small heater was noisy and didn't control heat very well.
