About this house rental
Ocean views- Newly built duplex (May 2019) with garage, elevator, 3 private balconies, and community swimming pool. Sleeps 8-10.
This 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, is nicely decorated, and located in beautiful Atlantic Beach, NC. A great location, with ocean views from 2 balconies and pool view balcony from the dining area. A 3-minute walk across the street to the beach. Community swimming pool located right outside the door! Convenient to many activities (NC Aquarium, boat docks, fishing piers, restaurants, bars, & Fort Macon State Park).
Bedrooms: 2 Masters with a king beds, 1 queen bed, twin beds, high quality linens. (Twin and Queen bedroom share a bathroom) Sofa has a hide away queen bed.
Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and includes a coffee maker, blender, and toaster.
All paper products and garbage bags are provided.
Our duplex is equipped with High speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TV’s. You may stream from your favorite accounts (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Direct TV, Amazon Prime etc.).
Large capacity Washer/dryer on first floor.
Gas grill located in the garage, Just roll it outside to use.
Please note: Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

Great place to stay with family. Very quiet. Spacious with great beach access. Would 100% stay again. Owner was great and excellent communication.

Overall, we had a fine time. Before checking in, there must have been a glitch in the app because I couldn’t access the door code by asking the host, so I had to refer to VRBO for help. That worked out ok.
I must say that the downstairs bedroom had a strong and distinct mildew smell. It really should be fixed to eliminate the odor. Many people are allergic to mold, which, if not corrected, the mildew will turn into mold causing a potential health hazard. Good luck fixing it!
