It has a double living room with sofa bed 140 very comfortable, a separate bedroom with a bed of 160x200, a kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine). A bathroom and separate WC. It has been newly fitted. From the pretty terrace of 8 m2, you will be able to take your meals while admiring the panoramic sight on Belle-Île and Château Turpault. Located 30 meters from the large beach and next to the Casino games to suit everyone. Shops at 500 m along the wide beach.
