You won't find comparable accommodations in Breckenridge that can sleep so many, in such style, for so little. It also boasts two living rooms for even more relaxation and space to spread out, a basement rec room with a wet bar, walkout patio, and a foosball table. Take in the beautiful views from the two large decks or from the private eight-person hot tub, which is also the perfect place to rest and soothe your muscles after skiing your day away! The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and has everything you could ever need to prepare the most delicious snacks and meals ever. Guests will find comfortable seating and a relaxing atmosphere for the entire family throughout the home.
Start your day by walking 150 yards to the free ski shuttle which takes you to the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Downtown Breckenridge boasts a plethora of dining options, from Mexican food, pizzerias, Irish pubs, bakeries, to a tap house and coffee shops. There you can also find several convenience stores and ski shops, in case you feel the need to gear up before heading to the mountain. The Breckenridge Ski Resort is only three and a half miles away and winters here are pretty much hard to beat. Its world-class groomed terrain is perfect for skiing, snowboarding, dog sledding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and more.

Ski shuttle details: SHUTTLE TO TOWN & SKI: The nearest Breck Free Ride shuttle is the “Purple Route”. This will take you to town, the gondola (Peak 7 & 8), and Beaver Run (Peak 9). To get there: The street that runs behind the house is called Reiling Road; walk toward Reiling Road and turn right on the walking path just before the roadway. Walk about 100 yards to the “Vista Point” stop. This is the same stop when taking the bus back home too. Please note that both the “Purple A” & “Purple Route” run the same path. Either one will work for going to ski/town or coming home. Generally speaking, the bus comes every 30 minutes in the winter and every hour in the summer. The shuttle drivers are very knowledgeable of the area and will gladly help with routes and stops as well. Be sure to thank them! We strongly recommend that you download the “My Free Ride” app on your phone while you’re in Breckenridge. That app will show you all the shuttle stops near you, where each shuttle route goes, how many
minutes the next bus is from your stop, where every bus is right now, and more. It really is great.

Loved the location. Nice walking trails and nearby dog park. Take the purple bus line into town. Very short walk to Vista Point stop. Or if you’re a walker, it’s an easy 20-30 minute walk to town. Space was comfortable for 9 adults — ages 23-60. The hot tub was nice after a day of skiing. It is in the yard so you do have to be careful of the icy porch steps and snow when getting to it. There were enough bathrooms so that not more than 2 people had to share each one. Laundry facilities were nice too. The location is uphill on the opposite side of town from the slopes. We only had one car and were able to park it in the garage. Note that the two sitting areas are on either side of the open kitchen making one largish space. There is also a sitting area downstairs. The roomy foyer is well laid out for dropping boots, helmets, coats, etc. at the end of each day. We had no issues with the management company. They were very responsive though-out the rental process and during our stay. We would stay here again.

The property was awesome, but the management team (Vacasa) was not great. The centralized line was responsive, but the local office was difficult to work with. I most likely would not book with Vacasa again for that reason, but the house was great.

House was clean and very well organized with everything you would need for a trip. Close to a bus stop and also quick drive to downtown. It is walkable, about 20-30 to center of Breck. One note is the grill was a little dirty and didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly, but obviously not a deal breaker.

It’s spacious, clean, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a free shuttle nearby that takes you downtown. But the lack of air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable—indoor temps hit 91F, and ceiling fans weren’t enough. The master bedroom was especially hot, with missing blinds and full sun by 4 a.m. Only the basement stayed cool.Appliances were unreliable: the fridge/freezer barely worked, and the oven/stove struggled to heat. The internet was poor, with limited access and incorrect setup instructions. The hot tub was nice, but pitch black at night due to no outdoor lighting. Most kitchenware was available, but no coffee was provided.This home has potential, but it needs AC, appliance repairs, and tech upgrades to be comfortable in summer.
