About this house rental
Višnjan is located in the continental part of the Istrian peninsula as well as near the sea. The house is about 1 km away, as is the town of Babudri. The house Kisic can be reached via an unpaved road, which is surrounded by pine forests and vineyards. The house is built of stone in the traditional architectural style of Istria. It can accommodate 4 people and has been traditionally renovated. The kitchen, bathroom and living area with fireplace are on the ground floor. There are 2 sofa beds in the living area. Both can be used for an afternoon nap. A wooden staircase leads to the 1st Floor with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (a cot is available on request). The house Kisic is surrounded by 200 square meters of untouched nature. Pheasants, rabbits, deer and various bird species accompany you on your walk. The walk to Višnjan takes 10 minutes and it is 12 kilometers by car to the next place.

We had lovely 10 days in this quiet and peaceful place with a lot of space, olivetrees and vineyards around. The house is well equiped with a tasteful interior and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The only small negativ point were the soft mattresses which didn`t bother us after some days....

Das Haus liegt in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter waren toll und sehr aufmerksam. Alles hat super funktioniert. Durch die zentrale Lage waren alle Ziele mit dem Auto super zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus für Erholungssuchende nur uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Auch vielen Dank für die sehr lieben Gaben. Das eigene Öl ist fantastisch.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful farmhouse outside of Visnjan. The owners Gordana and Edi gave us a very warm welcome and were always helpfull and caring to make our holiday perfect.
The house is located about 1,5 km outside of the town. It's completely refurbished and tastefully decorated, with a fireplace, gallery, flatscreen TV, WLAN, air condition and lots of space.
The hose is surrounded by a huge garden with old trees and an outside fireplace and is very quiet and peacefull, just perfect for relaxing. Behind the house is a shed with new mountain bikes for free use and a sweet squirrel family.
It's about a 10 min. walk to Visnjan, a nice small town in the midst of vineyards, with two supermarkets, two restaurants, a butcher and a bakery. Nearby are some beautiful wine cellars where we tasted delicious reds.
We had a fantastic time and hope to come back soon, thank you very much Gordana and Edi.
