Discover Sa Pedrera, a spectacular modern and bright rural house located in the heart of the natural surroundings of Campos. Very close by car to the beaches of Es Trenc, Sa Rapita and Colonia de Sant Jordi.
The house consists of a habitable area of 330 m² and a large plot of 25,000 m², this property offers the perfect balance between comfort, privacy and nature, ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The house has capacity for 8 people and features 4 spacious bedrooms, all equipped with single beds, and 4 full bathrooms with shower, which guarantees comfort and functionality for all guests.
The modern American kitchen is completely equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, perfect for enjoying meals at home. The living room-dining room offers a warm atmosphere thanks to its fireplace, and includes satellite television with channels in Spanish, English and German.
For greater comfort, the property has air conditioning and heat pump, safe, iron and internet access (WiFi). It also has an open-air car park with capacity for 4 vehicles.
Outside, Sa Pedrera is a true paradise: a 10x4 m saltwater pool, private garden, furnished 80 m² terrace and a barbecue area invite you to relax surrounded by nature and mountain views.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einer traumhaften Finca. Alles sauber und eine sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung. Toller Pool mit Daybeds und ausreichend Platz mit weiteren Liegen. Campos mit seinen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr netter Inhaber, der sich um alles kümmert.

Très belle maison, propre et tout confort sur une propriété au calme. La piscine et les aménagements extérieurs sont très bien. Il y a tout pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille.

Wir waren sehr überrascht über die neuen Gartenmöbel und die tolle Außenanlagen. Das Haus ist wirklich extrem sauber und selbst die Bäder haben keine Schimmelflecken oder Abnutzungsspuren. Auch ist das komplette Haus in einem sehr gepflegten zuwandten. Die Lage ist sehr toll. Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommende Mann der regelmäßig den super schönen und sauberen Pool reinigt. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und durch den Zaun um das komplette Stück Grundstück fühlt man sich sehr sicher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es sofort an unsere Freunde weiterempfehlen.
