Vacationing and deceleration on a real Majorcan finca, as it should be. In the middle of the 'land of the windmills' near Santanyi.
Rural, secluded, extremely quiet location and yet close to the city. Asphalted driveway and unique all around view.
The house produces its own electricity 100% from the sun. The air conditioning in 3 bedrooms and the kitchen, which is centrally cloud-based controlled depending on temperatures and electricity production, fits to this sustainable concept.

The finca has several sun terraces for its guests. Fed by a sophisticated irrigation system from its own spring, the entire property is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens. The country house is located in the southeast of Mallorca, 30 minutes from Palma airport, only 3 km from the village of Campos and about 12 min from the recognized most beautiful sandy beach "Es Trenc".
The recognized beautiful weekly market in Santanyi is only 9km away. The golf course Vall d'Or is only 20km away. To the public outdoor swimming pool or to the port in Colonia St. Jordi it is only 10km.
Modern equipped with all comforts, the house was renovated in winter 2016/17: Free fiber optic WLAN, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, swimming pool, roof terrace, bicycles for use, comprehensive guest folder with all important tips and information about the area, fans, welcome gift and much more.
The finca, which is secluded from the outside, has 4 bedrooms and 4 (shower) bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
Around the large swimming pool are sun loungers and a sun bed. For the winter there is central heating and a cozy fireplace.
The finca is located on a plot of over 21,000 square meters embedded in the authentic 'land of windmills'. From the entire property you can see nothing but the surrounding nature between the two monastery mountains Cura Randa and Sant Salvador - flocks of sheep, almond orchards and small-scale agriculture characterize the surrounding countryside. There are several retreats on the grounds. Here you will always find a sunny or shady spot.
The famous windmills cycle path is right in front of the house.
There are 3 golf courses within a radius of 20 kilometers. The unspoiled resort of Colonia St. Jordi with all its amenities is only 10 minutes away. Here you will find small bathing bays and all water sports. Around the 10km distant Felanitx are several wineries that invite you to tastings. Hike on marked trails around the famous monastery mountain Sant Salvador or to the ruins Castell de Santueri.
The finca has recently been lovingly renovated and equipped, and is also technically up to date.
Can Llop is a perfect place to relax with friends or family and to come to rest, to soak up the sun and enjoy nature.

A beautiful property in beautiful surroundings, perfect for getting away from it all! We all had a wonderful time & the property & grounds are even more beautiful than the pictures on line. Stayed with my wife and 3 young kids all aged below 7yrs. Was the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. Pool and gardens were incredible and the villa is kitted out with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Nice and close to many beautiful beaches, highlights were Cala Santanyi and S’Aramador. Owners were very attentive to anything needed, just can’t wait to go back one day.

The finca is very nice from the outside, including the outside area. The pool is a great size and sloping. The grill works perfectly, which we used every day.
Unfortunately there is a cat that belongs to the house. You are supposed to feed it daily and give it water. Unfortunately, this was not clear in the description that it is there or belongs to the house. As soon as the door was not closed immediately, the cat ran into the house and had to be taken out again. The cat is also often with people and wants to be cuddled or stroked around the legs. For allergy sufferers in particular, it is essential to make it clear that it "lives" there and needs to be looked after. A very nice cat, but if you are allergic, this is of no use (indoors and outdoors).
The kitchen is very large and well equipped. There is also air conditioning in the kitchen during the day which is great. All bedrooms are good (comfortable beds) and all have air conditioning which runs at night. All have a nice bathroom.
The air conditioners cannot be turned on and off by yourself. Basically, the running times were well set, but it was a bit chilly at night.
The living room had no air conditioning. The ceiling fans weren't running and we had this fixed at the beginning when we viewed the house. Unfortunately, nothing was done about it was too warm in the evening. The locatiln of the finca is very good. All in all a nice finca if you like cats. Honestly we wouldn’t have booked if we known thst (was still nice)
