It is located in the village of Charvet, and communicates with the Les Belles Challes residence.
You can put on your skis at the doors of the residence on the 8th or 11th floor in order to access the start of the slopes and take the “Vagère” chairlift or the “Transarc” gondola.
The Charvet covered parking lot (additional cost) is available 100 meters from the residence, as is the shuttle stop.
These are free and run every 20 minutes in winter and every hour in summer.
The shopping mall is accessible via the Belles-Challes residence. You will find the medical office on the ground floor, the Tourist Office 40 meters away and the supermarket 100 meters away.
You can reach the ESF in 5 minutes on foot.

This 42m² apartment which can accommodate up to 7 people is located on the 8th floor with elevator of the Lauzières residence. The apartment is on the 1st floor seen from the outside and the bedroom is on the ground floor without a balcony. The beds In the living room there are two single beds. A mountain corner with a set of bunk beds and a pull-out bed. On the lower floor, a bedroom with a double bed. Please note that the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old. Sanitary facilities At your disposal, a bathroom with bathtub and WC. The kitchen open to the living room It is fully equipped with electric hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. Additional equipment A television in the living room. Additional Information The stairs to the room are very steep. Our animal friends are accepted at an additional cost. Paid indoor or outdoor parking throughout the resort.
