La ubicacion es todo, y es un dato no menor, la cercania tanto a la playa, como a la lagoa. Viaje con mi pareja, y durante las noches nos moviamos caminando por ejemplo a la noche para salir a cenar, y no hay problemas de seguridad. El departamento cuenta con cocina y lavarropas. Aunque el tamaño es pequeño, no esta mal para utilizarlo para desayunar bañarse y dormir Tiene cafetera de filtro
No tiene buena ventilación / iluminación, lo que hace da la sensación de estar encerrado. Los utensillos de cocina son muy basicos, y no tiene tostadora
