Niet schoon

The location. A good base to go for beautiful walks. It was a quiet studio with a sunny balcony. Plenty of space for parking.

The studio was not clean. Upon arrival, I spent an hour cleaning. There was a huge layer of dust. There was mold in the shower curtain. Everywhere in the apartment, there were long black hairs (that obviously weren’t mine). In the bathroom, on the floor, in the cupboard with the pillows. (See photos). Only the kitchen and bed were clean. Very small pillows. Very little storage space. No parasol on the balcony

great location near thermal waters , modern design, clean

flat itself is very nice but the company that manages this property is not doing very well. unfortunately I have lost my key and it was already past open hour when I’ve discovered the loss. after phone call to the management company they’ve told me that they have no spare key available and I need to wait outside for 2,5 hours till the owner of the property deliver spare key to us. after that they have changed me penalty for 150 Franks!!!!! I understand that I have to replace lost item but they have charged me extra money because neither Managment nor owner have spare key ??? how is that my fault??? It was very unprofessional and really upset me and my daughter

I was extremely disappointed to find out that the property is false advertised as being close by 5m to swimming pools where in fact the swimming pools were closed for year and a half because of the renovation as there was a big fire year and a half ago, despite this the property is still being advertised as being 5m to thermal baths with pictures of swimming pools in the description

bon séjour aux bains nous avons vu notre famille, mais le logement nous a déçu.

La vue été bien, l'accessibilité aux bains était facile. Nous avions les transports publics tout près.

L'appartement n'était pas très propre, il y avait une fourchette sale parterre et aussi un baume à lèvre parterre. La salle de bain était pas très propre, la douche était sale et le parterre, et le wc avait des problèmes découlements. Un des stores ne fonctionnait pas vraiment. Nous avons dû payer une caution de 200.- sinon nous ne pouvions pas avoir l'appartement et elle n'a toujours pas été rembourser, la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone été assez désagréable lors de la confirmation de l'appartement. Nous avons eu un bon séjour, mais pas les infrastructures de l'appartement

Le studio est propre bon emplacement belle vue montagne le station de bus même pas 3 minute les bains just à côté le studio est propre est le très important l agence est toujours à m écoute professionnel hyper sympa serviable merci à la prochaine merci. L agence pour ce travaille professionnel bravo

ça serait un bon plan pour 2 personnes mais pas pour 4. Sinon le séjour s'est bien passé.

C'était cool de pouvoir parquer devant sans stress. l'hiver ça doit être pratique d'aller directement aux Bains.

le canapé lit n'était pas confortable et les enfants ont mal dormi. La dernière nuit ils ont mis le matelas par terre et ils ont un peu mieux dormi. la propreté était un peu douteuse.
