I stayed at this hotel for 4–5 days and overall I would describe it as acceptable, but definitely overpriced depending on the rate you pay. I made two separate bookings: one through Agoda during the weekend for around *** per night, and another through *** for around *** per night. At ***, the hotel is passable. At ***, it is simply not worth the money, as there are definitely better options available. The location is decent. It is not a particularly quiet area, and you still need taxis to properly visit the city, but overall the area was fine and reasonably convenient. The gym is small but actually quite good for a hotel gym — I would give it around a 7/10. The staff at the reception were generally friendly, especially one *** young man who was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. However, while the people themselves were nice, the organization was poor. In almost five days, my room was cleaned only once, and only after I had to insist several times. The first day I left the cleaning sign on the door, but maybe it was already too late in the afternoon. The following day I specifically asked reception to clean the room, they said they would, but nothing happened. The next day it still had not been cleaned, and I finally had to go downstairs again and firmly ask them to make sure it was done. So the staff attitude was good, but the management and organization clearly need improvement. The spa situation is mixed. The private spa treatments (which are paid separately) were actually good, although not cheap. However, the spa area included for hotel guests was disappointing. It is basically just a small indoor pool with hydromassage features, but the environment feels too closed, almost claustrophobic, and not particularly healthy. The pool clearly needs better cleaning, and there was even a slight smell of humidity or mold in the area. It could have potential if the space were more open and better maintained. Also, considering there is no sauna or additional wellness area, the spa does not justify the hotel price at all. Finally, the food was honestly very poor. I tried it once and would absolutely not recommend paying for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the hotel. I understand hotel buffets are rarely amazing, but here the quality was really low. The meat was hard and unpleasant, giving the impression that the food was either not stored properly or possibly reused for too long. Definitely one of the weakest aspects of the hotel. Overall: acceptable at around *** per night, but absolutely not worth *** per night. The private spa and gym are decent, but the general facilities, cleanliness, food quality, and organization do not match higher prices.
