The second and third bedrooms have views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Belleair Causeway. Recently updated with new paint, furnishings, linens, and kitchenwares, you are sure to have everything you need.
Located in the beautifully-maintained Driftwood Sands community, enjoy swims in the heated pool and access to an outdoor kitchen and gazebo, grills, Gulf front sun decks, and shuffleboard courts. The unit has an assigned parking space under the building, and moving in is a breeze with provided carts and easy access to two secured entrances with elevators.
Beach towels and coolers are available for your use, and a ground floor storage room is stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and more.
The kitchen includes a convection microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stand mixer, and slow cooker. A starter pack of basic soaps, detergents, and paper products is provided.
A one-month lease minimum and rental application ($150) are required by the HOA.

Property Protection Plan ($59) required with rental.
Also, in accordance with HOA policies, pets and smoking (unit, balcony, common areas) are not permitted.

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was beautiful! Well stocked with everything you need for your beach vacation. We especially loved the cabana and new beach buggy!
