Loved the fact that wagons, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided so we did not have to go buy any for our stay. Short walking distance to the beach was amazing. The beach is not overly crowded. The owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with, he even came to the property and made sure we were comfortable and everything was going well!
Would have loved more pots and pans to make dinners with.

I loved that beach supplies were provided. The kitchen had all of the necessary appliances. It was nice that there was a kerig and coffee pot. The pool was nice. Our host was very kind. I loved sitting on the deck in the morning having coffee.
One day it seemed as if one of the guests was importing family and friends to use the pool and took over but Peter took care of the invasion. I had seen multiple cars dropping off kids that day.

It was such a cute little apartment. Peter and Kat both were so amazing and helpful with anything we needed. You’re literally a block from the beach and can walk to it very easily. They’re Pet friendly which is good since I brought my 3 dogs, lol. They even have an umbrella, wagon, and chairs you can take to the beach so you don’t have to bring your own if you don’t want to. The pool was nice and heated and was a favorite of my 2 kids. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We came down to get married on Indian Rocks Beach and the 2 bathroom apartment was perfect for us to get ready in a timely manner. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of beach towels, pillows, and blankets. It’s also on a quiet street and it felt very safe, too. Very happy with our stay and plan on coming back again. Thank you for everything Peter! You’re awesome!!
