Cozy Downtown Condo With All Modern Amenities

This 3 bedroom condo is actually combination of a 2/2 condo and am adjacent 1'1 studio which has another kitchenette and its own bathroom. It is totally flexible how you will use the space for. Say for example, a couple with bunch of noisy kids can stay in the studio part separated from the kids so they can spend some romantic time together.
We put this package together as we have had requests in the past for such setting.
Everything in this unit has been designed color and lighting harmony and space economy.
For space economy, for example, each bedroom has an overhead storage that spans 24in x 96in (3ftx 8ft) under which the recess lights are mounted and controlled by a bedside switch .
Close to all downtown attractions and major entertainment venues such as Tech museum, Center for Performing Arts, Montgomery theater, PF Chang's, Morton's Steakhouse, etc...
Within 10 mins (or 5 depending on how you drive) you'd reach the San Jose Airport, the Santana Row where upscale shopping and entertainment venues are located, the Valley Fair Shipping Center, the largest in the area.
The condo features 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds 2 twins (bedding arrangement can be change to fit custom needs) and a sofa-bed in the living room. The studio has a full bed, and a twin if so needed.
There are two outdoors parking spaces in the private driveway assigned for this condo .

The unit was just what we needed for our trip, it was under some construction which made some things tricky but the owner was attentive and fixed anything we asked for or needed, what was done was great so i can only imagine what it'll look like when finished, walk to the convention center was pretty accurate taking about 12-20 minutes in a straight line, pretty good!

Lots of space. Busy neighborhood. Great kitchen! We left a couple new pans for the next guests. Needed to borrow a fan, limited window openings.
