About this apartment rental
Quiet, in a dead end on the 1st floor of our villa with independent access. South-facing view of the garden and a little glimpse of the sea and the Esterel massif.
The apartment at the bottom of the district of California is located 10 minutes walk from the train station and the city center and less than 20 minutes from the Palais des Festivals.
Living on the ground floor of the villa, we will be on hand to welcome you and help you in all circumstances.

We were 3 colleagues in Cannes for the festival of creativity and needed somewhere to base ourselves. This apartment was perfect. A 20 minute walk from the Croisette in a very quiet and residential neighbourhood.
The apartment itself was spacious and clean, and the host had kindly left us some nice welcome gifts in the kitchen.
We were delayed and arrived very late but Emmanuel waited up and settled us in. He was the perfect host, checking in regularly and letting us leave our luggage until 7pm when we checked out.
Couldn’t recommend this place enough and hope to return next year.

this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom is on the upper floor of the villa. you have views of the ocean and access to a grand backyard.
The apartment is very well cleaned with all necessary amenities. It is a very conveniently located to everything in Cannes, its 10 minutes to walk to the train station, 15 minutes to walk to the beach.
Our greeting package included brioche, jam, butter, milk, orange juice, and espresso - exactly what you need for a light breakfast.
There were plenty of good sized towels (face, hand, and body) and the bed linen was good quality and very clean.
The host was extremely gracious and kind and address any needs that we had.
I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. It was lovely.
