About this house rental
This picture perfect Craftsman private home is the ideal place to stay during your time in Long Beach. This private historic home has beautiful original features, but has modern touches that you'll appreciate.
This is a non shared space completely private home just for you!
The location is in a historic neighborhood walking distance to a park, public transportation, and is centrally located to all of the major sights. Walk to things and walk to the park. Within blocks of so many things. In a residential neighborhood. Close to Convention center, Bus and transportation.
The beach is 8 blocks or a 5 minutes drive, and 10 minutes to the Convention Center and downtown. Come experience Long Beach like a local!
Due to Covid-19 our cleaners are doing extra disinfections and using 2x bleach on all beddings and towels and all surfaces disinfected
There’s no parking on site. Street parking only which is free but often you have to walk a block during peak hours as it’s close to the beach and city parking.

We had a great trip. Easy flight to John Wayne Airport. Quick 30 minute Uber to the house. And a short walk to the bicycle rentals. Love Long Beach Bike rental program totally user friendly. We went everywhere on the bikes. No car was necessary. The coffee pot is my main complaint. Spend 50 bucks and get a real coffee pot. A 4 cup pot does not do it. But we had a great time and would stay again!

Loved everything about this home. So many original Craftsman details inside and out. Walkable to many restaurants and parks. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch or back yard sitting area. You'll enjoy your stay :)

My daughter and I stayed in this Craftsman cottage while visiting younger daughter in Rose Park neighborhood. Easy walk to shops and restaurants on 4th Street and to Bixby Park. Great location!
