About this villa rental
Magnificent villa of 250m2, fully air-conditioned, on two levels, quietly located among the vineyards, with swimming pool in a lush garden of 3000m2, for 10 people. Only 5 minutes walk from Pampelonne beach and 5 minutes by car from Escalet beach. The villa is perfectly suited to families. Path leading directly to the beach. Pool house with fully equipped summer kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ...), 5 bedrooms with bathroom and WC, two upstairs including a master suite with dressing room and bathtub, 3 bedrooms directly overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. The 1st floor of the villa, fully refurbished upscale, has two bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a brand name fitted kitchen with magnificent terraces enjoying a view of the lighthouse at Cap Camarat. Large parking lot. Ping-pong table, barbecue, large summer lounge.
