Good stay some improvements could be made

The staff is wonderful! The pool area was nice and located close to some beach clubs. Housekeeping was very on top of things. Management was accommodating and helpful.

Mosquitos and ants everywhere but none in the room thankfully. Not sure anything can be done about that, mostly due to location. Bed uncomfortable. Pillows uncomfortable. Room not soundproofed at all and any and all noise permeates through the doors.

Nice pool area and close to beach

A little noisy at times (when people came back late at night) and had to turn off lights as too bright in the entryway outside my room each night but managed to resolve this during my stay.

Hotel is not safe, inside job robbery!!!

The locarion, the atmosphere

This is not a hotel with it classical sence, its more like a gues house, with no facilities. We were robbed wihile we were away for dinner. The security guy was asleep on his duty. They checked cameras and didnt find any itruders, that made obvious that it was an inside job and the hotel manahement is covering it up.we heard that tis is a common practice in St.Tropez). Police didnt do anything at all. They promise to cover us by insurnace but they are asking for the receipts of the stole items, which is kf course nobody keeps. So the hote is not safe at all, no facilities

Beautiful place but not set up for a long stay

The property was beautiful

Room was comfortable but extremely small, they didn’t have a restaurant and no food/ cafe/ market near by so unless you had a car it was a problem. I originally booked and paid for a room with a bath (which was more expensive) but when I arrived they said someone else had booked the room and they couldn’t accommodate me, so I had been assigned a different room with just a shower which was tiny! I was there for 5 days and the room isn’t set up for much other than sleep. No extra PowerPoints so when blow drying my hair I had to unplug a lamp and when using the kettle I had to do it in the bathroom sink. Staff were rude and unhelpful The breakfast was good, but you had to let them know 8pm the day before and I came home at 9pm and asked if I could have breakfast the next day and they replied no I was too late - which meant a 30€ uber each way into town for breakfast.

Disappointing stay - not worth the price

The pool is nice

We booked two rooms at this house and were extremely disappointed with the experience. One of the rooms smelled strongly of mildew, musty, and was noticeably dirty. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room quite uncomfortable. We were so uncomfortable in one of the rooms that all of us ended up showering in the second room which was not much better as the door could barely open properly and did not have great AC either — the smell and condition of the first room was simply unbearable. No guest should ever have to do that, especially at this price point. The only bright spot of our stay was Therry. He greeted us warmly and was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the colleague who checked us in later was the complete opposite — rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. On top of that, the WiFi didn’t work at all during our stay, which added to the frustration. Overall, this was by far the worst accommodation we stayed at during our entire trip. It was absolutely not worth the price and we would not recommend it to anyone.

The host and service was excellent. We had the large room and it was very spacious and the AC worked great. It’s located near the beach and beach clubs about a 10 min drive to the center town

Breakfast was great, the location is good if you have a car, if you do not its very expensive to get to the main part of St Tropez. Uber is super expensive and takes forever, and the transport that the hotel can get is 60 euro to go for a 5 min drive.

Beautiful hotel located in the middle of a garden, a short walk to Pamelonne Beach.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful reception. Great breakfast in a beautiful garden. Was a great place to relax by the pool, with the most comfortable lounge chairs. Was easy to get to St Trop but without the noise. Beach 5-7 min walk away.

Rooms are a bit on the small size albeit comparable to other hotels in the area. However, bathroom was great size and the view out on the garden fantastic

everything what is amazing about this property location cleanness staff specifically the lady manager who’s name is Mofida she was really helpful and professional kind and warm we would definitely go back a true value for money i was also 7 months pregnant and they really took extra care of me the breakfast was so homey vibe and perfect and healthy and delicious

The entire property was fantastic! Everything from the hospitality of the hosts, to the location, to the views of the water - was an absolute dream. Would seriously recommend this to anyone staying in St.Tropez!
