"A good space for good friends"

We couldn’t have asked for a better property manager. Pedro was so helpful and knowledgeable of the island and local area. He helped with taxis and tried to make sure our check out day was as smooth as possible. He was also very helpful in the months leading up to our stay, sharing info on the nearest supermarkets and best way to get taxis. We could message him with any questions before and during our stay at any time, The Villa is located 10 mins drive from the airport and 5 mins drive from Playa D’en Bossa including Hi, Ushuaia etc. It is about 10-15 mins walk away from the local small town of Sant Jordi, the locals were so friendly and knew of Pedro and his family. I recommend a local coffee/bar Can Sala, pizza restaurant called Can Pizza, Es Font bakery and a fabulous traditional restaurant Rasca Lobos. We partied a lot as a group in Ibiza but loved the quiet surroundings of the villa and the local traditional feel. Getting taxis was no problem on the Click app (Pedro will send location) although we did have to wait a bit during peak times. Ibiza old town is only 15-20 mins away. The villa felt very secure, it had an alarm system and a very secure safe. The pool area was lovely and the pool itself was always clean and Pedro came to check on it. One thing that couldn’t be helped but was annoying at times were the mosquitos, definitely take some repellent and bite cream. We would all definitely stay here again. Thank you Pedro!

Een week verbleven in dit prachtige vakantiehuis. Rustig gelegen en toch maar 5 minuten af van het bruisende centrum. Prima uitvalsbasis om het te verkennen. Communicatie met de eigenaar was goed en coöperatief. Kortom voor groepen tot 8 personen een absolute aanrader

Een heerlijk huis om met een groep mensen in te verblijven. Je hebt genoeg ruimte en het zwembad is van prima grootte, net zoals de ligruimte er om heen. Wil je echt wat ondernemen is het prettig om een auto te huren

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zentral gelegen, 5 min bis zum Flughafen, entsprechende Geräusche. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool und Haus sehr sauber, Ausstattung umfassend.
