The location is amazing. The property was really clean and well maintained. The aircon was great as Ibiza is so humid.
The Wifi was terrible. It barely ever worked and was very intermittent. For the price we paid I expect wifi that works. The kettle also needs to be replaced as the lid doesn’t close.

Modern, well equipped with good air con / temperature and useful separate showers. Nice helpful management and cleaning team who changed our towels and sheets regularly. Very responsive on replying to messages. Very central / convenient
A little noisy on first floor due to location / cafe below but the management responded to request on the music and we slept well. Price a little high considering the size / missing elements compared to hotel but it fits the market rate for Ibiza town

So clean & fresh when we arrived. Very comfy bed. Perfect location for us being in the centre of the old town to just wander out for food, drink, get a bus to a beach, explore the walled part or browse the shops. Response to messages was super prompt & helpful & everyone was courteous.
Was a little too bare - a couple of pictures on the walls would be nice. Shower curtain in the shower room could do with replacing. But that’s so minor & really scraping the barrel for something.
