Welcome to your Canal Cottage in Cape Coral! Spacious pool home on the canal with boat dock and direct access to the gulf. Large outside pool (heating available for an extra fee) and a foosball table inside - so you can enjoy rain or shine! The home includes three queen size beds in separate bedrooms, sofa bed in the living room, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer in the garage, stainless kitchen appliances, and more. It is the perfect vacation home and only minutes away from city center!

• 2 Full Bathrooms (walk-in shower and shower/tub combo) and towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner available
• Large Pool that can be heated to approximately 87 degrees for an extra fee depending on stay length: 2-5 Nights $100, 6-9 Nights $150, 10-14 Nights $200, 15-21 Nights $250, 22-28 Nights $300, 29+ Nights Varies.
• Home is on the canal with boat dock and direct gulf access
• Animals are allowed at $30 per night, per pet - we will require information on type of animal(s)
• Canal dock and fishing rods* available
• BBQ
• Washer & Dryer
• Foosball table
• Four smart TVs with complimentary Paramount+ &(located in living room and all bedrooms)
• Sofa bed in living room
• Fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, range, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, air fryer, and ice maker) and stocked (pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, spices, some basic staples)
• Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

We throughly enjoyed our stay!!! Skylar was great and very easy to get ahold of. Great neighborhood for walks. Traffic was a little nutty but that's not VRBO's issue. Highly recommend staying here

This is a great place to stay, in a convenient location. The house is clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the ability to look out at the backyard. Schyler was awesome to work with and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Pool area not very clean. Very uncomfortable couch. The pool was nice and the temperature was enjoyable.
