We had a brilliant time celebrating my 30th birthday here. The photos do not do it justice - it’s fantastic value for money, extremely large and very high end. Toni was helpful throughout. Would recommend.

Had a fabulous stay in this beautiful house celebrating the New Year with friends. Lovely location , fabulous rooms with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Everything about it was wonderful

Carphin House exceeded expectations in almost every respect. Amazing location, beautiful and well-maintained house with ample common space and plentiful bathrooms and bedrooms -- it is truly a gem, and that rare phenomenon of a place where pictures don't really do it justice. Ian (owner) and Toni (property manager) were responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout. Would recommend this property without reservation, and we will definitely be back.
